Shipping Policy

All domestic orders will be shipped USPS priority, unless otherwise noted. International shipping is not available at this time. Shipping costs are estimated. Whenever possible, Helm Collective uses recycled shipping materials and encourages you to reuse the materials in some way. Helm Collective is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Insurance is available at an additional cost.

Local buyers can select LOCALPICKUP at checkout to waive shipping costs. All items must be claimed within one week of purchase, unless other arrangements are made. Due to limited space, purchased items that are not claimed within this timeframe will be considered abandoned and listed for sale again.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Due to the unique nature of vintage wares, all items are sold as-is, and Helm Collective does not accept returns or offer exchanges. Please read the descriptions and view the photos carefully. Ask any questions you have prior to purchasing.
